Terms & Conditions
- If the Smartwash team arrives at the aircraft location and the service cannot be performed for reasons beyond our control, the full transportation cost must be paid by the client.
- Client must provide ramp access, escort, security clearances, and all necessary permits.
- Service may be rescheduled or paused due to unsafe weather conditions.
- Aircraft must be powered off, secured, and not hot from recent operation.
- Smartwash does not manipulate GPU, avionics, doors, fuel caps or mechanical components.
