info About the Role

At Smartwashpro, we don't just wash cars; we curate experiences. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Lead Detailer to oversee our high-end automotive division. You will work with assets ranging from Ferraris to Gulfstreams, leading a team to deliver perfection on every job.

This role is not for the average cleaner. It requires a deep understanding of paint correction, ceramic coatings, and interior restoration. As a Lead, you will also be responsible for quality control, client interaction, and mentoring junior technicians.

school Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of professional detailing experience.
Certification in Ceramic Coating application (Gtechniq, Ceramic Pro, etc.).
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Experience buffing/polishing with rotary and DA polishers.
Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
